Reservations: Three night minimum required June thru August.
Deposit Requirements:
- One
to three nights - 1 nights deposit.
- Four
or more nights - 2 nights deposit.
- Deposit
must be secured by check, cash, VISA or MasterCard.
Cancellations: If reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to
arrival, deposit is refunded less a $25 processing fee. If cancellation
is within 14 days of arrival, the entire deposit is forfeited.
Early Departures: There will be no refund for
early departures. Aside from normal wear and tear, the guest is responsible
for any damage during vacation residency.
Additional information: Unless a family or a couple,
everyone in your party must be 21 years of age to check in. Absolutely
no minors will be registered.
